I rarely go to spas, but I felt like such a VIP as I entered this place. I got the full package including the massage and I felt pampered as if I was one of their regulars. I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome when I walked in. My first time here and I got a Classic Mani-Pedi.
The ladies were both very thorough as it had been 6 months since last service and cuticles were quite bad. I had doubts at first when I noted there wasn’t pedi footbaths as they use a large bowl system instead but the quality and attention to detail was impressive. No need for complicated foot baths. I really liked the hot towel treatment and then they revisited my cuticles AGAIN which is not my usual experience.

If I can give more than 5 stars, I would. I have been to this place a few times BUT I have experienced a top-notch service yesterday. I simply picked the designs from online I want and showed it to the nail technician. Chi was super patient with my selection of design and colors were carefully picked by Natalee as well. Honestly, Chi actually drew it better than the design I showed her. She went above and beyond by making sure it is exactly as I wanted. She probably drew the designs like at least 5-10 times before I finally said, that looks perfect! Already thinking about coming back on regular basis now even though I live an hour away.
